So I went to Ireland with some friends Feb 7 throught the 14th, 2008. We Stayed in Cork (Southwest) Ireland. Interestingly enough they drive on the left side of the road and i was somehow the designated driver, it was a trip, needless to say we paid for the full insurance policy. I am proud to say though, we didn't have to use it. We drove all over the country and in all probably 2500 Kilometers (1600 miles, give or take a few.) The Metric system is so confusing at times. The max speed limit is 65 mph or 100 k/hr. with no freeways, just two lane roads and since I obey all driving laws it made for some very long days of driving.
